About the Role
As an Automotive Sales Manager, you will lead and manage a veteran sales team, recruit and develop new talent, drive sales performance to meet monthly and annual objectives, oversee showroom operations with a focus on accountability and customer satisfaction, ensure CRM best practices are followed, manage inventory strategy and pricing, collaborate with the General Manager and department heads, and maintain a positive, customer-first culture.
About You
Required:
3+ years automotive sales experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role.
Strong leadership and coaching ability with proven results in team development.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to adjust strategies to improve performance.
Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
Preferred:
Familiarity with VinSolutions CRM, Dealertrack DMS, and vAuto.
