About the Role
As an Automotive Service General Manager, you will be responsible for leading all store positions, including General Service Technicians and Guest Care Specialists. Your duties will include developing sales strategies, managing staffing and training, ensuring expense control, and maintaining store standards. You will also be tasked with building guest relationships and achieving sales goals while adhering to company policies and safety standards.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a retail/sales environment.
- Proven ability to manage financial results while controlling costs.
- Ability to influence and motivate a team to achieve set goals.
Preferred:
- Experience in the automotive service industry.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with teammates and guests.
- Ability to problem solve and resolve customer complaints.
