As the Automotive Service Manager, you will be responsible for assigning tasks to technicians based on their availability and skills, ensuring efficient operation of the service department. You will also manage relationships with customers and external service providers, contributing to the growth of one of the fastest growing dealerships in Central Ohio.
About You
Required:
- Proven experience as a Service Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of automotive service processes and customer service best practices.
- Experience with managing service level agreements.
