- 1+ years of experience as a mechanic or Automotive Service Technician in a dealership or similar automotive repair setting.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of automotive systems, components, and repair procedures.
- Must have own set of tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Authorized to work in the USA.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with factory-sponsored training.
