About the Role
As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing vehicle issues, completing inspections, managing inventory, and ensuring safety standards are met. The General Service Technician role involves performing routine maintenance and repairs, communicating effectively with customers, and meeting quality expectations.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Automotive training including basic car maintenance and repair or equivalent experience.
- Must possess a current valid driver’s license and have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
- Required to own a basic set of tools or participate in Monro’s tool purchase program.
Preferred:
- ASE certification and State Inspection license (where applicable).
- Experience in customer service and effective communication.
