About the Role
As an Automotive Technician/Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing vehicle issues, performing repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service. Your daily tasks will include conducting Monro's Courtesy Inspection, managing inventory, and maintaining technical knowledge through training. You will also operate equipment safely and perform other assigned duties.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Automotive training including basic car maintenance and repair or equivalent experience.
- Must possess a current valid driver’s license and have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
- Required to own a basic set of tools or participate in Monro’s tool purchase program.
Preferred:
- ASE certification and State Inspection license (where applicable).
