Monro, Inc. is seeking an Automotive Technician to join their team in La Grange, KY. The role involves conducting basic vehicle diagnostics and performing routine vehicle repair and maintenance services.
About the Role
As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests by effectively communicating vehicle issues and proposed solutions. Your daily tasks will include performing diagnostics, completing courtesy inspections, assisting in inventory management, and ensuring the store is maintained to company standards. You will also adhere to safety standards and maintain technical knowledge through training.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Automotive training including basic car maintenance and repair or equivalent experience.
- Must possess a current valid driver’s license and have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
- Required to own a basic set of tools or participate in Monro’s tool purchase program.
Preferred:
- ASE certification and State Inspection license (where applicable).
