About the Role
As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing vehicle issues, completing inspections, managing inventory, and ensuring safety standards are met. The General Service Technician will perform routine maintenance and communicate effectively with guests about vehicle services.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver License.
- Ability to work with hands overhead, stand for long periods, and lift 50 lbs.
- Excellent communication skills.
Preferred:
- 2+ years of automotive and sales experience.
- Automotive training including basic car maintenance and repair.
- ASE certification and State Inspection license (where applicable).
- Basic set of tools or participation in Monro's tool purchase program.
