About the Role
As an Automotive Title Specialist I, you will be responsible for general office support, including answering phones and responding to emails. You will review vehicle titles and registrations for accuracy, assist with document processing, and provide customer support. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to vehicle documentation.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Generally, less than 2 years of experience
- Effective communication skills
- Good problem-solving, organizational, and computer skills
- Basic computer software skills
- Vision abilities that include close, distance and depth perception
Preferred:
- Experience in the auction/automobile industry or at the Department of Motor Vehicles
- Notary seals and stamps
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to type and use 10-key proficiently
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
