About the Role
As an AV Designer/Drafter, you will be responsible for creating design and engineering documentation for low-voltage system implementation in high-end residences. You will collaborate with sales teams and clients, utilizing design software such as Portal, DTools/Visio, CAD, and Revit, while having a deep understanding of control systems, lighting/shading systems, and networks.
About You
Required:
- Experience with design/layout/drafting and proposal creation for residential technology systems.
- Deep knowledge of control systems (Crestron, C4 & Savant), lighting/shading systems (Lutron), and networks.
- A steady work history with at least 3 years between job changes.
Preferred:
- Experience with design software such as CAD and Revit.
- Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.
