Summary
Golden Technology is seeking a Software Engineer to join their team in Cincinnati, OH. The role involves building sustainable solutions, supporting technical innovation, and maintaining reliable operations at scale.
About the Role
As a Software Engineer, you will drive and implement Full Stack Engineering best practices, collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to design and refine user-facing features, develop and maintain scalable server-side applications using Java and Spring Boot, build rich, responsive UIs using React or Angular, design and maintain robust data layers using SQL and NoSQL, contribute to architecture decisions, monitor system performance, plan and implement API upgrades, ensure high code quality, and support deployment and continuous integration efforts.
About You
Required:
- Proficient in Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with JavaScript, CSS, and a modern framework (React or Angular).
- Strong understanding of SQL and experience with NoSQL technologies like MongoDB or Cassandra.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
