Summary
Global Atlantic is seeking an AVP/VP Investment Operations to oversee their Investment Operations teams supporting a $70B real estate portfolio. The position is based in Boston, MA.
About the Role
In this role, you will manage senior analysts and analysts responsible for asset setup for new securities and structured transactions, coordinate with the Portfolio Management team, and oversee the funding and settlement of all deal flow. You will also manage relationships with third-party servicers and ensure ongoing asset lifecycle management, while identifying process enhancements and mentoring direct reports.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years (AVP) or 10+ years (VP) of relevant experience at an asset manager, insurance company, or related field.
- Proven track record of managing investment operations teams and complex transformation projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Master's degree.
- Experience with Geneva and/or Clearwater.
- Understanding of Fixed Income asset classes and derivatives instruments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, VBA, and Visio).
