About the Role
As an AVP/VP Senior Reserving Actuary, you will be responsible for calculating reserves, providing insights to senior management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with a global actuarial community and work closely with underwriters, claims, IT, and finance teams. The position offers opportunities for process improvement and team management, reporting to the Head of Reserving.
About You
Required:
- Significant reserving experience as a qualified actuary within the US P&C market.
- Experience in reinsurance or insurance lines.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with regulatory considerations such as Schedule P.
- Ability to manage a team or willingness to take on management responsibilities.
