About the Role
As the AVP of AI and Data Engineering, you will lead the strategy and execution of a complex Global Specialty Data and Analytics portfolio. Your responsibilities will include developing a strategic roadmap for data modernization, ensuring data architecture aligns with enterprise standards, implementing AI data pipelines, and overseeing the design and maintenance of data systems. You will also build and mentor a high-performing team, drive efficiency improvements, and manage the budget for the data and analytics portfolio.
About You
Required:
- 15+ years in data engineering, data management, and building large-scale data ecosystems.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing large and complex data and analytics portfolios.
Preferred:
- Experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry.
- Technical expertise in LLMs, AI platforms, and vector database technologies.
