Summary
Synchrony is seeking an AVP, Client Marketing to join their team in Charlotte, NC. The role involves leading client marketing relationship management and developing growth strategies for assigned clients.
About the Role
As the AVP, Client Marketing, you will be responsible for managing B2B/B2C campaigns across various channels, including in-store, website, email, and advertising. You will assess client needs, create growth plans, consult on digital best practices, and drive industry digital strategy. Additionally, you will manage a marketing budget, measure effectiveness, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve overall results.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 5 years of professional work experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, including general retail or luxury retail brand experience.
Preferred:
- MBA preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical skills including segmentation, targeting, and ROI prioritization.
- Experience with Excel / SAS and knowledge of reporting systems.
