About the Role
As the AVP Digital Scrum Master, you will lead multiple Agile scrum teams to deliver incremental improvements to mobile software. Your responsibilities include facilitating release and sprint planning, managing project timelines and budgets, collaborating with stakeholders, and utilizing project management tools like JIRA and Confluence to ensure project success.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Technology or 7 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of project management or scrum master experience.
Preferred:
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and practicing Agile methodology.
- Previous experience with application development and workflow management.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Slack; fluency in MS Office.
