About the Role
As the AVP of Corporate Development and Strategy, you will analyze the competitive landscape, support M&A and partnerships, collaborate with leadership on strategic projects, drive organic growth initiatives, develop strategic insights, build frameworks and tools for performance tracking, inform long-term planning, and enhance internal alignment across teams.
About You
Required:
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate development, or strategy roles, preferably within financial services or asset management.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with financial modeling; comfortable interpreting financial statements and building valuation frameworks.
- Experience supporting M&A due diligence, partnership evaluations, or strategic planning processes.
- Excellent research and synthesis abilities; able to distill complex market data into actionable insights.
- Clear communicator who can work cross-functionally and present to C-Level leadership.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
Preferred:
- Genuine interest in ETFs, asset management, and the evolution of investment platforms.
