About the Role
As the AVP, Product Manager – Online Banking, you will develop a deep understanding of customer needs, balance quantitative and qualitative insights for product decisions, and collaborate with various teams to create a unified online banking experience. You will be responsible for owning the product roadmap, driving accountability, and ensuring alignment among stakeholders on the vision and strategy for online banking.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in product management or engineering roles.
- Proven experience building great software with responsibilities driving prioritization, timelines, and tradeoffs.
- Ability to provide clear context and drive focus in a dynamic environment with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strategic thinking paired with pragmatic execution and a bias for action.
- Technical proficiency and effectiveness working with engineers.
- Successfully launched products on web or mobile platforms.
- Experience with directly regulated products in banking, insurance, wealth management, or treasury at a growth-stage company.
- Skilled at distilling complex problems into first principles.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards for execution and customer experience.
- Energy and presence that elevates the team around you.
Preferred:
- Experience building online banking platforms and/or API-driven products.
- Understanding of business banking segments (sole proprietors, small businesses, commercial clients).
- Proficiency with JIRA or similar project management tools.
