About the Role

As an AWS Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes using AWS services such as Glue, EMR, Lambda, Redshift, and S3. You will implement data ingestion frameworks for both structured and unstructured data, optimize data workflows for performance and cost efficiency, and collaborate with data scientists and business teams to deliver high-quality datasets. Additionally, you will ensure data security and compliance, monitor data pipelines, and work with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.

About You

Required:

3–6 years of experience in Data Engineering with strong AWS expertise.
Hands-on experience with AWS services: Glue, Redshift, EMR, Lambda, S3, Athena.
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with PySpark/Spark.
Proficiency in SQL and data modeling for analytical workloads.
Experience with ETL frameworks, data lake architecture, and big data processing.
Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools (Airflow, Step Functions).
Knowledge of data security best practices and AWS IAM policies.
