Summary
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for their outpatient surgery center in Baltimore, MD. The role involves delivering high-quality anesthesia and pain care services across various settings.
About the Role
As a CRNA, you will perform pre-anesthesia assessments, develop anesthesia care plans, administer anesthesia and pain management, and provide post-anesthesia care. You will collaborate with an interprofessional team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety during procedures.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs.
- Current Appropriate State Licensure and compliance with state regulations concerning CRNAs.
- BLS and ACLS certification.
- Certification or recertification by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists.
- 8 – 12 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred:
- 5 years of CRNA experience.
- Ability to perform clinically as a nurse anesthetist in a facility setting.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of infection prevention and control techniques.
