About the Role
As a Bachelors Level Social Worker, you will work on the Behavioral Health Unit, assisting patients in articulating personal goals for recovery through one-on-one and group sessions. You will support patients in developing recovery plans, collaborate with treatment teams, teach problem-solving techniques, and help build social skills. Additionally, you will assist in the release planning process and participate in training and meetings as required.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work.
- Experience in co-leading group therapy, one-on-one therapy, and crisis therapy.
Preferred:
- Two years of employment in a social work capacity in a public or private agency or equivalent.
- Ability to receive a satisfactory background investigation report.
