About the Role
As a Backend Django Software Engineer, you will be responsible for shipping clean, maintainable backend Django code, elevating code quality through testing, participating in product development, designing scalable solutions, and being part of on-call rotations. You will work with a talented team that has successfully shipped over 50 features in the last three years.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience with Django and Django Rest Framework.
- 3+ years of experience working with AWS.
- 3+ years of experience with SQL databases in production.
- Experience with asynchronous task management.
Preferred:
- Experience with Celery.
- Experience with Redis.
- Experience with React.js.
- Domain experience in ETL and data integration with third-party systems.
- Interest in educational data and workforce development.
