About the Role
As a Banker I, you will support customer relationship development and transaction processing, ensuring that customer needs are met efficiently. Your responsibilities will include opening and processing accounts, cross-selling bank products, making referrals, and achieving sales goals. You will also maintain product knowledge and adhere to operational policies while fostering a positive work environment.
About You
Required:
- Two year degree or equivalent job experience.
- Minimum 1 year sales experience in a financial or retail environment.
- Must be or become a Notary Public and NMLS certified.
- Successfully pass the Level I Business Certification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong sales orientation and ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
Preferred:
- Two to four years of teller experience.
