About the Role
As a Bankruptcy Attorney, you will represent secured and unsecured creditors in all aspects of bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings. Your responsibilities will include handling creditor-side litigation, managing cases from intake through resolution, drafting legal documents, arguing motions in court, and advising clients on bankruptcy strategy and recovery options.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years of experience in bankruptcy law, with a strong focus on creditor-side work.
- Proven ability to first-chair bankruptcy litigation and manage matters independently.
- Excellent legal writing, advocacy, and courtroom skills.
- Admission to practice in Texas.
