About the Role

As a Bankruptcy Litigation Mid-Level Associate, you will be responsible for representing insurers in bankruptcy proceedings, drafting legal documents, managing discovery, and preparing for court hearings. You will handle contested claims, debtor-in-possession financing, and other complex litigation matters, while also managing a caseload and delegating tasks to junior associates.

About You

Required:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
Active bar membership in good standing.
2 to 6 years of litigation experience.
Demonstrated experience in bankruptcy litigation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

Experience representing financial institutions in litigation.
Experience with mass tort litigation.
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
