About You
- Three or more years of experience in project management, estimating, or engineering of HVAC and building automation controls systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the building automation controls field.
- Knowledge in commercial HVAC and building automation controls systems.
- Experience with multiple BAS vendor software and hardware.
- Knowledge of IP-based networks and various building automation communication protocols.
- Experience with MS Project and/or other project management software.

We understand the technical jargon and leverage our construction experience to bridge the gap between decision-makers, engineers, and subcontractors thereby ensuring a successful BAS project. We also deliver turnkey General Construction services safely, on time and on-budget across all divisions and trades. Our bonding capacity is 14M aggregate.
