About the Role

As a Bath and Shower Warranty Specialist, you will be responsible for documenting warranty claim issues, reporting root causes, and creating detailed return forms for efficient repairs. Your daily tasks will include troubleshooting and repairing bath and shower systems, performing installations, maintaining company vehicles, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

About You

Required:

At least 5 years experience troubleshooting and diagnosing customer concerns with bath or shower installations.
Hands-on repair work experience, with installation or plumbing experience being a plus.
Ability to follow safety protocols and lift equipment up to 105 lbs.

Preferred:

Experience with manual repairs and installations using hand and power tools.
Ability to maintain regular contact with the Warranty Coordinator after each job.
