Summary
BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team remotely. The role involves conducting assessments, creating behavior plans, and supervising ABA programs.
About the Role
As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and creating behavior plans, supervising ABA programs and staff, supporting and training caregivers and RBTs, and collaborating with a team of experienced BCBAs. You will be part of a supportive environment that values your expertise and professional growth.
About You
Required:
- Active BCBA certification.
- Experience supervising RBTs/technicians.
- Strong clinical and decision-making skills.
- Growth mindset & cultural responsiveness.
