Apollo Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team in Georgia, with relocation assistance provided. The role involves providing clinical consultation and overseeing treatment programming for clients.
About the Role
As a BCBA, you will be responsible for collaborating with parents and caregivers to ensure long-term client progress, developing and leading team members, and implementing innovative ABA methods. You will work in a supportive environment focused on maintaining a healthy work-life balance and ethical caseloads.
About You
Required:
A master's degree in psychology or a related field.
At least three years of experience working as a BCBA in-center.
Strong competency in a range of skill acquisition and behavior reduction techniques.
Preferred:
Experience in leading and managing direct care clinical team members.
Passion for developing clinical and managerial skills with mentorship.
