About You
Required:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience in conducting functional behavior assessments and designing behavior intervention plans.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disorders.
- A passion for mentoring and supporting your team.
- Ability to build strong, empathetic relationships with clients and families.
