Already Autism Health is seeking a BCBA Center Director to lead their team of ABA providers in College Park, GA. The role involves providing leadership, clinical oversight, and conducting behavioral assessments in a clinic setting.
About the Role
As a BCBA Center Director, you will supervise a team of BCBAs, RBTs, BCaBAs, clinic supervisors, and practicum students. Your responsibilities include facilitating clinical meetings, reviewing client programs, offering clinical support, conducting ABA assessments, and ensuring ethical practices in crisis response.
About You
Required:
Master’s degree or national equivalent in psychology, special education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Minimum two years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
Completion of the 8-hour BACB supervisor training.
Strong clinical judgement and crisis management skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred:
Bilingual applicants strongly encouraged to apply.
