Easterseals Southern California is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to join their team in Hemet, CA. The role involves supervising Behavior Interventionists and ensuring the delivery of quality services to children with autism spectrum disorders.
About the Role
As a BCBA Clinical Supervisor, you will supervise Behavior Interventionists, manage program records, and ensure data reliability. You will assist in creating intervention activities, monitor skill acquisition, complete necessary documentation, and provide ongoing staff training. The role requires maintaining professional communication with families and staying current with research in autism and ABA.
About You
Required:
Master’s degree in early childhood education/development, early childhood special education, special education, or psychology.
Two years of professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
Knowledge of evidence-based practices and methodologies for children with ASD.
Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis and related methodologies.
Preferred:
Strong clinical, administrative, and leadership skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals and groups.
Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and related software.
