Summary
Intercept Health is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor of ABA Center to join their team in Roanoke, VA. The role involves developing and supervising behavioral therapy programs for children and adolescents diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities.
About the Role
As the Clinical Supervisor of ABA Services, you will provide clinical oversight to ABA client programming and supervise behavior technicians delivering direct services. You will be responsible for developing therapy programs in both home and community settings, ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients.
About You
Required:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Childhood Development, or related disciplines from an accredited institution.
- Relevant experience implementing ABA services with individuals with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disabilities, or other developmental disabilities.
- One or more years of relevant supervisory experience.
