About the Role
As a BCBA Fellow, you will engage in both restricted and unrestricted activities, including building relationships with clients, encouraging skill development, collecting behavior data, training staff, conducting assessments, and maintaining ethical compliance. You will work closely with a BCBA Mentor to gain practical experience in the BCBA role throughout the Fellowship.
About You
Required:
- Enrolled or graduated from a BACB approved Master’s or Certification Program.
- Pass the RBT exam within 30 days of employment (if not already certified).
- Must be active RBT for 60 days with HHF.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
