About the Role
As a BCBA Fellowship Student, you will partner with a Clinical Director to complete supervision activities, provide direct therapy as part of client teams, mentor and coach Behavior Therapists, and lead family training to ensure therapy carries into home and community life. The fellowship is designed to meet BACB requirements and offers built-in experiences for professional growth.
About You
Required:
- Enrolled in graduate-level ABA coursework, working toward BCBA certification.
- RBT-certified.
- Have 1,000+ total fieldwork hours (for Lead ACC) OR are working toward it (for ACC).
- Patient, compassionate, and comfortable leading and coaching others.
- Quick to learn new systems and tech.
