About the Role

You will work with a manageable caseload to promote success and avoid burnout.
About You
Required:
- BCBA certification and relevant experience in behavior analysis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in supervising and mentoring RBTs.
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapy practices.
