About the Role
As a BCBA, you will provide clinical consultation, oversee treatment programming, collaborate with caregivers, and lead team members in implementing innovative ABA methods. You will work in a supportive environment focused on client progress and professional development.
About You
Required:
A master's degree in psychology or a related field.
Strong competency in a range of skill acquisition and behavior reduction techniques.
Success leading and managing direct care clinical team members.
Preferred:
Experience with Relational Frame Theory (RFT).
Passion for developing clinical and managerial skills.
