About the Role

As a Beauty Advisor, you will drive financial results in-store, manage customer queries, and build partnerships with the Account Executive and Area Trainer. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, implementing visual merchandising, and ensuring the counter is customer-ready at all times. Additionally, you will lead by example to promote exceptional customer service and maintain a positive team atmosphere.
