- Current and valid Cosmetology/Esthetician License in the state of employment.
- Ability to perform ear-piercing services and other beauty services.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Goal-driven with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and peak hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior beauty sales experience with a strong passion for beauty.
