About the Role
As a Before and After Care Teacher Assistant, you will be responsible for implementing the Healthy Kids Curriculum, which includes fitness, STEAM activities, academic support, and arts and crafts. You will create a safe and engaging environment for children, maintain communication with parents through the Playground App, and adhere to state guidelines and program policies.
About You
Required:
- Must be 18 years or older and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional people skills and a warm, friendly demeanor.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Preferred:
- 1 year of experience working with children under 13.
- Medical clearance to perform job duties.
