About the Role
As the Before and After School Assistant Director, you will assist the Site Director in maintaining program compliance, guide staff adherence to policies, lead engaging activities based on the Healthy Kids Curriculum, manage attendance and staffing, and communicate effectively with parents and team members.
About You
Required:
- Associate's Degree in Education, Psychology, Health Care, Nursing, or a related field plus two years of experience working with children.
- Head Teacher endorsement from the New Jersey Registry for Childhood Professionals.
Preferred:
- Exceptional people skills and a warm, friendly demeanor.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
