About the Role
As a member of the Before and After School Program Team, you will facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum, provide a safe and fun environment, communicate with parents, and observe state and program policies. Certain positions may also involve management functions such as attendance records and staffing.
About You
Required:
- Must be 18 years or older and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional people skills and a warm, friendly demeanor.
- Medically fit to perform job duties and free of communicable diseases.
Preferred:
- 1 year of experience working with children under 13.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
