Center for Developmentally Disabled is seeking a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team in Kansas City, MO. The role involves providing behavioral analysis services to develop individualized behavior plans for individuals with developmental disabilities.
About the Role
As a Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop and monitor individualized Behavior Support Plans, train staff and families, and implement gentle teaching techniques to create a supportive environment. You will also establish data collection processes and regularly communicate with team members to assess progress.
About You
Required:
Master’s degree from an accredited program in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
Currently Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and MO Behavioral Analyst licensure in good standing.
Preferred:
Experience in developing and implementing behavior support plans.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
