About the Role
As a Behavior Clinician, you will conduct ongoing assessments, communicate progress with various stakeholders, coordinate visits, implement behavior intervention plans, and maintain clinical records. You will also participate in team meetings, organize training for staff, and ensure the effective delivery of behavioral services in various community settings.
About You
Required:
- Experience with behavioral intervention and/or strong educational emphasis on learning and developmental psychology.
- Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and bending.
Preferred:
- Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), Licensed Clinical Psychologist, or equivalent qualifications based on state-specific requirements.
