About the Role
As a Behavioral Health Professional, you will be responsible for assessing individuals, analyzing behaviors, and monitoring treatment data. You will provide direct clinical oversight and consultation to assigned programs, contributing to the well-being of individuals supported by the organization.
About You
Required:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or Gerontology.
- Board certification as a Behavior Analyst or licensure as a Psychologist.
- Minimum of 1 year postgraduate experience in behavioral treatment of individuals with intellectual or other developmental disabilities.
- Ability to respond effectively in high stress/critical situations.
- Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a properly insured vehicle.
- Successful completion of pre-employment process, including Criminal History, MVR, Child Abuse and FBI clearances.
