About the Role
As a Behavior Interventionist, you will provide one-on-one support using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in various settings including home and school. Your responsibilities will include conducting therapy sessions, assisting clients with daily tasks, teaching skills, encouraging positive behaviors, and collecting data to track progress. You will also ensure a safe environment and advocate for individuals with disabilities.
About You
Required:
- US work authorization
- Must pass criminal background check
- Negative TB test results
- Reliable computer and internet access
- Reliable transportation and CA driver's license
- Interest in working with children and adolescents
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and engage in physical activities
Preferred:
- Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Background in child development or psychology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
