About the Role
As a Behavior Interventionist, you will provide 1:1 client support to children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities. Your responsibilities include implementing individualized ABA treatment plans, tracking client progress, and collaborating with supervisors and families to achieve the best outcomes. You will work part-time with a commitment of at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A genuine passion for helping children and teens grow.
- Reliable transportation.
Preferred:
- Experience working with children and teens with developmental disabilities.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
Benefits
- Pay range of $20.00-$25.00 per hour based on experience and education.
- Hiring bonuses of $300 after 150 clinical hours and $600 after 300 clinical hours.
