About the Role
As a Behavior Operations Specialist, you will spend the majority of your time delivering high-quality direct ABA services, conducting documentation audits, training staff, supporting performance reviews, engaging with staff and families, and planning social programs. This position is growth-focused, promoting you directly into a BCBA role with a salary increase upon passing the certification exam.
About You
Required:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- 3+ years ABA direct-service experience.
- Completed BACB-approved coursework; BCBA exam-eligible within 12 months.
- RBT credential (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Motivity, CentralReach, or similar platforms.
- Current CPR/First Aid, background clearance, and TB test.

- Precision in documentation and data management.
- Skilled in coaching and staff development.
- Strong rapport-building with families and colleagues.
- Effective time management and adaptability.
- Consistent adherence to ethical and professional standards.
