About You
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- Enjoy working with children and making a difference
- Flexible availability, especially Monday through Thursday from 3-8 pm and Saturdays
- Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, and COVID)
- Reliable transportation
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate good judgment and decision-making skills
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental needs
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
- Sensitivity to working with diverse populations

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is an organization providing services to those with developmental delays, including autism, in the state of California, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, and Hawaii.
