About the Role
As a Behavior Specialist, you will develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, train Care Team Staff, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Your responsibilities include monitoring progress, conducting data analysis, and adjusting intervention plans to enhance the quality of life for individuals by promoting positive behaviors and addressing challenging behaviors.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field required.
- Experience with behavioral assessments and interventions with complex, high intense/high frequency behaviors.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in psychology or related field.
- 1-2 years’ experience working with both mentally ill and intellectually disabled adult populations.
